Subject: Complaint about parking
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am _______ (name) and I am writing this email to state that I currently work at ________ (mention company name), which operates its offices within your business towers, namely _______ (name of property).
I write this email to present my concerns about the parking facility that is being provided by your management. For a very long time, I have been noticing that the vehicles are often parked at the main entry gate/ exit gate of the property which is causing a significant inconvenience and frustration to me along with other employees and visitors. I more often find myself in wait for other cars blocking the gate to be removed so that I can enter/ exit the premises.
I trust that you will take immediate action in this regard and educate the guards to strictly not allow parking at the business tower’s gates. I believe this will be helpful to many visitors.
